School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Seymour, Wisconsin

Enhance student voices and make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic, onsite school-based setting. This contract role provides the opportunity to work full-time with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high schools for the 2026–2027 academic year.

As an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll support approximately 38–40 students with a range of speech and language needs—empowering them to reach their fullest potential both academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to multiple school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, session notes, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and deliver consultation support to educational staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for students
