Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree for SLP or bachelor's for SLPA
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or SLPA
  • Relevant endorsements for school-based or healthcare work
  • Willingness to work as part of multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Experience in schools, with teletherapy, or in healthcare environments is highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy plans in collaboration with school staff and families
  • Provide teletherapy sessions as needed, using secure digital platforms to reach students remotely
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Support and educate teachers, staff, and families on strategies and tools to encourage communication success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and professional development opportunities
