Key Qualifications:

  • Possession of SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school settings supporting PreK-12 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Support school initiatives for inclusive education and student well-being
