Key Qualifications:
- Possession of SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school settings supporting PreK-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Support school initiatives for inclusive education and student well-being
