Make a difference in the lives of elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a flexible, part-time contract role. This position offers the opportunity to work up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a school-based setting, supporting students’ communication growth through the end of the 2026–2027 school year. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Vermont or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to IEP development, goal setting, and student support plans
- Participate in team meetings as needed
