Speech Pathology - Shawnee, KS

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support in a school setting located in Shawnee, KS. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports documenting student progress
• Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings consistent with educational goals

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year experience (SLP-CFY)
• Experience working within a school environment as an SLP is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
