This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule—37.5 hours per week—covering the 2026-2027 academic year, with assignments beginning in early August and extending through late May. Multiple positions are available across several specialized elementary programs, with caseloads provided prior to placement. The role is fully on-site, covering one to three locales as needed throughout the assignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in assessment, development, and delivery of effective IEPs for diverse populations
  • Flexible, adaptive, and comfortable working with K-12 or early childhood (indicate if open to early childhood assignments)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Dedicated to fostering growth for students with a range of needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for assigned caseloads
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services per student IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reporting
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and shared planning for student success
  • May rotate between one to three sites, with specific assignments shared in advance
