Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ success
  • Provide direct and consultative services within a school setting
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a supportive team member
