Step into a contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF). This position is ideal for professionals with experience in pediatric settings, especially those skilled in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). What you’ll bring:

  • Valid and active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility as an SLP-CF
  • Strong background working in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy
  • Competency with AAC devices and interventions
  • Experience serving elementary school-aged children or a strong interest in doing so
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability, ready to respond quickly to student needs

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Provide AAC device assessment, training, and support for students and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
