A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Oklahoma City area. This onsite contract position is designed for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact in school settings, working to provide essential speech therapy services without the involvement of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Candidates new to the field (CFY) are encouraged to apply, especially those eager to help a school catch up on evaluations.

Location:

  • Shawnee, OK (Oklahoma City area)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an elementary-level caseload of approximately 30-40 students.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to support student needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services onsite, collaborating closely with students and staff.
  • Work alongside another experienced SLP across one or two elementary schools to coordinate care and strategies.
  • Support both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible options to suit your availability.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience preferred working with elementary school students.
  • Strong evaluation skills and ability to manage a substantial caseload.
  • Commitment to onsite work without reliance on SLPAs.
  • Open to candidates who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
