Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active Wisconsin SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcome
  • Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations valued, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students on your caseload consistent with IEP goals
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, interpret assessment data, and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Contribute expertly during IEP meetings and consult with educators, staff, and family members
  • Maintain accurate records and document all therapy and progress reports
  • Adapt services and materials to meet individual student requirements, whether in person or virtually
  • Participate in school-based activities and professional development as needed
