Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Wisconsin SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- School-based experience preferred, but candidates from healthcare or pediatric settings are also encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress monitoring and reporting
- Leverage technology, as needed, to support remote service delivery for teletherapy options
