Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• SLP-CCC preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school environment is valued, though not mandatory
• Experience in pediatric and healthcare settings, teletherapy, or a history of working with school-aged children is a bonus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Document student performance and maintain records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student, whether in-person or via teletherapy
