Step into a meaningful contract position where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will directly impact student success during the 2026–2027 academic year. This onsite opportunity focuses on providing thorough speech-language evaluations and collaborating with another dedicated SLP supporting nonverbal life skills students. You’ll play an essential role in a supportive educational environment, serving a caseload of approximately 50–70 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience in school settings or supporting a diverse student population preferred
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with a focus on educationally relevant reporting
  • Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to collaboration
  • Comfort working primarily with evaluations and supporting students with complex needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations with high standards of accuracy and timeliness
  • Work closely with another SLP to support nonverbal students within life skills programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and IEP teams
  • Develop and interpret individualized recommendations based on student needs
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements in line with educational policies

This is a full-time onsite position (37.5 hours per week) spanning from early August 2026 through early June 2027. You’ll find a dedicated peer network and the chance to focus your skills in assessment and collaborative practice.
