Qualifications:
- Current active state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Educator Certification
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in schools is essential
- Comfortable working onsite
- Flexible to support various caseloads/grade levels as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse school-aged population
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Create and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Document progress and maintain clear communication with teachers and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Flexibly adapt services to meet evolving caseload and student needs throughout the year
