Qualifications:

  • Current active state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Educator Certification
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience working in schools is essential
  • Comfortable working onsite
  • Flexible to support various caseloads/grade levels as assigned

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse school-aged population
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Create and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
  • Document progress and maintain clear communication with teachers and parents
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Flexibly adapt services to meet evolving caseload and student needs throughout the year
