Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current CCC-SLP certification or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Washington state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage students, parents, and staff
  • Understanding of IEP processes and evidence-based treatment approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer guidance and education to families and school staff regarding speech and language development
  • Adapt strategies to address a diverse caseload with creativity and compassion
