Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Shelton, WA

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current SLP licensure (or eligibility) with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced clinicians alike
• Background in school-based, pediatric, or early learning environments
• Skills in evaluating and managing speech, language, communication, and related disorders among early learners
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Proficient in documenting progress, developing IEPs, and tailoring interventions for individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations for enrolled children
• Design and implement effective speech and language therapy interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development
• Communicate regularly with families and instructional staff regarding student progress and strategies for support
