Qualifications and Talents Sought:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources, support, and training as needed for school personnel and families
