Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescent populations
• Knowledge of IEPs and familiarity with IDEA requirements
• Strong assessment, intervention, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of educational plans
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to meet students’ needs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
• Serve as a resource to school personnel and offer support for classroom modifications and strategies
• Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay current with research and best practices
