Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of student evaluations, ARDs, and documentation practices
  • Supervisory experience or readiness to mentor/support an SLPA
  • Ability to conduct onsite direct services and comfortable with virtual indirect tasks

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
  • Participate actively in ARDs and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Oversee and mentor one dedicated SLPA, providing guidance to support student outcomes
  • Deliver direct supervision onsite and efficiently handle indirect supervision remotely
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to district and professional standards
