Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active SLP license for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills with the capability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students on one campus
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and the Lead SLP for comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs
• Work full days (7.5 hours), typically Monday through Friday
