School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sherwood, Arkansas

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid SLP license (will consider Clinical Fellowship Year candidates)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school or daycare setting supporting pediatric caseloads
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students ages infant through preschool in a daycare center setting
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans to address a variety of communication disorders
• Document progress, maintain records, and develop goals aligned with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and resources to families to support students’ communication development
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required
