Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience highly desired
  • Comprehensive knowledge of evaluation tools and therapeutic techniques pertinent to school-age children
  • Ability to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Conduct timely assessments and develop actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor support strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and family conferences
  • Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology within educational settings
