Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Eligible for state licensure in Texas
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades PreK-2
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support academic and developmental goals
- Maintain detailed progress records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide both direct and consultative services as required
- Foster inclusive classroom environments that encourage communication and social interaction
