Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience with K-12th grade students strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents, and staff
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Write clear, measurable goals and track outcomes in compliance with IEPs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
  • Document sessions, maintain records, and participate in meetings as required
  • Engage with the school community to promote effective communication strategies
