Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) issued by ASHA
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or comfort working with K-12th grade students
- Strong commitment to fostering growth and inclusivity in school settings
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy to K-12 students based on IEP requirements and identified needs
- Engage with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight for intervention planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and regulatory standards
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
