Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience with K-12th grade students strongly preferred
- Comfortable with individualized and group therapy sessions
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Commitment to in-person service delivery throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor student progress
- Write clear, measurable goals and track outcomes in compliance with IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Document sessions, maintain records, and participate in meetings as required
- Engage with the school community to promote effective communication strategies
