School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Shingle Springs, California

Make a positive impact supporting students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity serves a diverse K-12th grade caseload, working collaboratively with educators and families to promote optimal communication outcomes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP process
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique goals
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP mandates and educational standards
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and training to school staff regarding communication disorders and strategies
