Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) issued by ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or comfort working with K-12th grade students
  • Strong commitment to fostering growth and inclusivity in school settings
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy to K-12 students based on IEP requirements and identified needs
  • Engage with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ communication development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight for intervention planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
