Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
- Capacity to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team member

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide therapy sessions focused on targeted speech and language goals
- Track and document progress with attention to detail
- Cooperate with teachers, staff, and allied professionals for integrated student care
- Educate and engage families throughout the therapy process
