Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
  • Capacity to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team member

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide therapy sessions focused on targeted speech and language goals
  • Track and document progress with attention to detail
  • Cooperate with teachers, staff, and allied professionals for integrated student care
  • Educate and engage families throughout the therapy process
