Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs, and delivering engaging therapy sessions. You’ll regularly monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and provide ongoing feedback to families, empowering them to support students outside of school. Success in this position requires seamless collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, where your insights will help guide coordinated goals for students’ overall growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team framework
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
