Step into a career-enhancing opportunity as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist providing essential services to students in a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Two full-time contract roles are available, each offering a rewarding caseload and an encouraging professional community. With an experienced director who is also an SLP, and a collaborative group of nine SLP colleagues, you'll have a wealth of guidance and resources to help you excel.

Position 1 focuses on servicing two elementary schools, fostering communication and language development at a foundational level. Position 2 involves working with K-12 students, but with a primary emphasis on elementary grades. Recent graduates (CFs) are welcome to apply, as mentorship and support are prioritized in this district.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or open Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Prior experience in school settings is valued, though not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
  • SLPA supervision not available

Key Duties:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for students with communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other SLPs to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Attend meetings and participate actively in team discussions
