Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Valid Ohio teaching certification
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or clinical-fellowship-year (CFY) SLP settings is welcome
  • Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth
  • Provide both direct and consultative SLP services per student IEP requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
  • Participate in IEP team meetings and communicate effectively with families and stakeholders
