Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Previous experience with K-12 student populations
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to onsite work throughout the assignment duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor students’ progress, maintaining compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student development and classroom success
- Provide timely, accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing progress reviews and IEP meetings
