Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Possess a valid Department of Education certification as an SLP
- Prior experience in schools or with elementary-age students is highly desirable
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing in a timely manner
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and assignments as they are finalized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned students, focusing primarily on the elementary age range
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation meeting district and state requirements
- Adapt quickly to serve multiple school sites as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and staff consultations to support student progress
