This full-time, contract position centers on serving an elementary school caseload near Siler City, NC, working collaboratively with educators and families to unlock every child’s communication potential. What We Look For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous experience with elementary-age students is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)

In This Role, You Will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual or group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each student’s needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all
