School Speech Language Pathologist - Silt, CO

Step into a dynamic full-time role for the 2027-2028 school year, providing skilled Speech Language Pathology services to K-12 students. In this contract position, you'll collaborate with educators and families to empower student success and growth in communication and language skills. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP requirements
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain ongoing communication with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in IEP/504 meetings
• Implement evidence-based practices tailored to meet each student's unique needs
• Offer consultation and training for school personnel on communication strategies and supports
