What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and speech-language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs.
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services across a diverse K-12 caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support students’ progress and generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school-aged children.
Key Requirements:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Maryland.
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification or eligibility to obtain.
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide on-site services.
