What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and speech-language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs.
  • Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services across a diverse K-12 caseload.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support students’ progress and generalization of skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for school-aged children.

Key Requirements:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Maryland.
  • Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification or eligibility to obtain.
  • School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide on-site services.
