Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFYs) for onsite opportunities
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work onsite across multiple campus locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs across multiple school settings
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student goals
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation processes
• Implement intervention strategies that align with educational objectives
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings
