Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
- Welcoming Clinical Fellows (CFYs) for onsite opportunities
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work onsite across multiple campus locations
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs across multiple school settings
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation processes
- Implement intervention strategies that align with educational objectives
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings
