Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates may be considered
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school or teletherapy settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to school-aged children with mild communication disorders
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations to determine student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to deliver holistic support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based treatment planning
