Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates may be considered
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school or teletherapy settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to school-aged children with mild communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations to determine student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to deliver holistic support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based treatment planning
