Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team serving students near Silverdale, Washington for the full 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt classroom environments and materials to improve student accessibility

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Washington State OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Washington ESA (active or willing to obtain)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
