Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to support infants, toddlers, and their families across Salem and South Marion County. These contract positions focus on early intervention and preschool-aged children (birth through age 3), providing a unique opportunity to shape foundational communication skills during a critical stage of development. The contract runs from July 6, 2026, to June 11, 2027, and offers the chance to collaborate with experienced early intervention teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Oregon SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration given to Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants
- Previous experience with early intervention, pediatrics, school-based, or teletherapy services
- SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare background welcome to apply
- Commitment to a family-centered, collaborative approach
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to infants and toddlers in various settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to the development of IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary IFSP teams
- Document progress, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide resources to caregivers
- Contribute actively to team meetings and ongoing professional development
