Make an immediate impact on preschool learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist working across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. Multiple full-time contract positions are available to support children ages 3–5. This rewarding opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive speech and language services—including evaluations, individual and group therapy, and collaboration with IEP teams, families, and early childhood educators—during a formative stage of communication and social development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Background in preschool/pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Expertise in areas such as teletherapy, SLP in healthcare or school settings, and collaborative educational practice
  • Effective communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to supporting early childhood growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for children ages 3–5
  • Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary IEP teams, families, and educators to foster student progress
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on equity and inclusion
