Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Simi Valley, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active or pending California SLP license required
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads strongly valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes preferred, but not mandatory
• Versatility in teletherapy, CFY supervision, or healthcare-related speech services is an asset
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply; SLPA experience in healthcare settings a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services—including assessment, intervention, and consultation—within a school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to foster student growth
• Document services and progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Utilize telepractice platforms as needed to reach diverse learners
