This contract-based opportunity near Simpsonville, SC offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) from August 11, 2025, through May 22, 2026. Multiple positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists with either Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials. You'll have the chance to start—or continue—your school-based SLP career in a supportive environment known for offering renewals and being especially welcoming for new CFs.

Ideal Background & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are both encouraged to apply
• Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical training considered
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative approach with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of K-12 students within the school district
• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (individual and group)
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain clear records and monitor student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
