Speech Language Pathologist in Simpsonville, SC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Possess (or eligibility for) South Carolina SLP licensure
• SLP - CCC or candidates in their CFY welcome to apply
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for student success
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress and services provided
• Deliver both direct and consultative services in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports communication development
