Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Hold or eligible for South Carolina SLP licensure
• Experience with pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with students with diverse communication needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with disorders such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice challenges
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify student needs
• Create individualized treatment plans, partnering with educators and families to ensure student success
• Document and monitor progress in compliance with state and district requirements
• Work closely with school staff, special education teams, and administrators to foster an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
• Play an active role in IEP meetings, assisting in the creation of targeted goals and objectives
• Manage your own caseload, providing timely and effective support to each student
