Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC credential with state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience delivering speech and language services in school or pediatric settings
- Strong background in conducting assessments and designing individualized intervention plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students addressing needs such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify students requiring services
- Create individualized treatment plans, aligning goals with student needs, and working closely with families and school staff
- Maintain timely and accurate student records per district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in IEP meetings, assisting in the development of goals and objectives
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and students’ progress is closely monitored
