Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP-CCC credential with state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience delivering speech and language services in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong background in conducting assessments and designing individualized intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students addressing needs such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify students requiring services
  • Create individualized treatment plans, aligning goals with student needs, and working closely with families and school staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate student records per district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in IEP meetings, assisting in the development of goals and objectives
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and students’ progress is closely monitored
