This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is open to both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) who are passionate about fostering communication growth in middle school and upper elementary students. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and educators to deliver effective therapy, tailor interventions, and help students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA credentials required
  • Prior experience in a school or healthcare setting preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices in assessment and intervention for school-aged children
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus, but all services will be delivered onsite
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language screenings and comprehensive assessments
  • Develop individualized therapy plans for students in middle and upper elementary grades
  • Deliver direct interventions (individual and group) in accordance with IEP objectives
  • Monitor, track, and document student progress; participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide support, resources, and recommendations to school staff and families
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school policies
  • Assist in developing and adapting service delivery models to meet student needs
