Two full-time positions are available, each supporting young learners across one or two school locations near Sioux Falls, SD. This role is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping children reach their communication potential in a school setting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and valid SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary age groups
  • Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary students per IEP requirements
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and specialists
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress
  • Participate in IEP and parent meetings as required
  • Foster a supportive, positive environment for students
