Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Active SLP state license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organizational skills and adaptability for changing environments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and execute IEPs
  • Track progress and document outcomes for each student
  • Offer guidance and education to families and instructors
