What is needed to succeed:

• Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
• Proven experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
• Background working with diverse learners, ideally within an elementary caseload
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions and document progress effectively
