Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid SLP license; CCC certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop IEPs and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students in group and individual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
