Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license; CCC certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop IEPs and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students in group and individual sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
