Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Recent experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to students identified with communication or speech needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Document progress, report findings, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Consult and educate teachers and parents to reinforce communication strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
