Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• School-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Conduct screenings and deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Maintain thorough records and document student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and actively engage as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Provide guidance and support to educators and family members
