This contract opportunity offers a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, providing on-site services for the 2026–2027 academic year. As a dedicated SLP, you’ll work closely with students, teachers, and families to help learners reach their highest potential.

Qualifications:

  • Active and verifiable Delaware SLP licensure/certification
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and data collection
  • Familiarity with digital systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP
  • Must be available to work onsite; remote and SLPA applicants will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across grade levels (specific caseload and ages to be determined)
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to inform IEP planning
  • Draft, review, and maintain accurate and timely therapy notes and progress monitoring data
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Maintain compliance with state standards and district protocols
