Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings is valued, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and individualized goal setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student-specific goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student progress
- Monitor student growth and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
