Empower students to find their voices! This full-time contract position, located near Smyrna, DE, seeks a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow/CFY) or Autism Specialist to provide vital therapy and support for learners from kindergarten through age 22. Work a steady 37.5-hour week as part of a collaborative, skilled team dedicated to helping students with moderate to severe disabilities develop essential communication skills and reach their fullest potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy, addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor skills, feeding challenges, and receptive/expressive language delays
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic and evaluation assessments
  • Generate insightful, clear reports following student evaluations and observations
  • Develop individualized IEP goals and document student progress
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow professionals to optimize student outcomes
  • Work effectively with students aged 2–22, adapting approaches as needed for a variety of learning and developmental needs

What you’ll bring:

  • Active or qualifying Delaware SLP state license (CFYs encouraged to apply)
  • Experience with moderate to severe student populations strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to student progress
