• Valid Delaware licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially with high school-aged students, preferred

• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech and language therapy services for high school students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Maintain documentation and compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support as needed within the school
