Specialists in speech-language pathology have an opportunity to make a significant difference supporting students’ growth and communication skills in a specialized educational environment. This full-time, contract position is available for SLPs or Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about working onsite with students ranging primarily from pre-kindergarten through elementary ages, but who may also serve individuals up to 22 years old. Immediate openings offer the chance to begin working as soon as possible, continuing through Extended School Year (ESY) at 30 hours per week and with potential for continuation into the 2026-2027 school year at full-time hours.

This role is in a specialized setting serving students with autism and other moderate to low-functioning abilities, providing a deeply rewarding and impactful experience.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Comfort working within a SPED (Special Education) environment
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to serve varied age groups and needs

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting student evaluations and developing individualized goals
  • Delivering therapy services attuned to students’ needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
