Exciting contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking meaningful roles supporting students’ communication development. Multiple full-time positions are open for the upcoming school year working with students across a variety of age groups. Both on-site and virtual contract placements are available depending on the specific assignment.
Available Assignments:
- Two elementary SLP placements serving students in 1st-5th grades (August 25, 2026 – November 13, 2026). Candidates may be considered for on-site or virtual delivery formats.
- One middle and high school SLP position, shared across two buildings, working with 6th-12th grade students (November 6, 2026 – February 17, 2026). This role may follow an August contract or be a standalone assignment, with both in-person and virtual candidates welcome.
- One preschool SLP position focusing on children aged 3-4 (August 25, 2026 – October 16, 2026). In-person service is required for this role.
- One Kindergarten SLP opportunity, mainly serving students with Autism (August 25, 2026 – November 13, 2026). This role requires in-person availability.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for the state of Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with school-based service delivery preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort with IEPs and special education processes
- Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual instructional platforms (for eligible positions)
