These roles span from August through February, allowing you to choose an assignment that aligns with your interests and schedule.
Open Assignments:
- Two full-time SLPs for elementary (1st-5th grades) from late August to mid-November.
- One full-time SLP to serve middle and high school (6th-12th grades) across two buildings, from early November to mid-February. This position can transition smoothly following an elementary assignment.
- One full-time SLP for preschool students (ages 3-4), late August to mid-October, in-person only.
- One full-time SLP for kindergarten, focusing on autism caseload, late August to mid-November, in-person only.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.
- Recent school-based experience working with children in the designated grade ranges.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to in-person or virtual learning environments (based on assignment requirements).
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals.
- Conduct assessments and ongoing progress monitoring.
- Provide direct speech and language services individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
