Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting supporting students from preschool through high school. Several contract opportunities are available, both in-person and virtually, providing the chance to tailor your skills to a specific age group or specialty. These roles span from August through February, allowing you to choose an assignment that aligns with your interests and schedule.

Open Assignments:

  • Two full-time SLPs for elementary (1st-5th grades) from late August to mid-November.
  • One full-time SLP to serve middle and high school (6th-12th grades) across two buildings, from early November to mid-February. This position can transition smoothly following an elementary assignment.
  • One full-time SLP for preschool students (ages 3-4), late August to mid-October, in-person only.
  • One full-time SLP for kindergarten, focusing on autism caseload, late August to mid-November, in-person only.

What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.
  • Recent school-based experience working with children in the designated grade ranges.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to in-person or virtual learning environments (based on assignment requirements).

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized education program (IEP) goals.
  • Conduct assessments and ongoing progress monitoring.
  • Provide direct speech and language services individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
