Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in Delaware, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with school-aged children and diverse caseloads preferred
- Competence in administering assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Maintain detailed and accurate student records and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key member of the educational team
- Offer consultative support and staff training as needed
