Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in Delaware, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience working with school-aged children and diverse caseloads preferred
  • Competence in administering assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Maintain detailed and accurate student records and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key member of the educational team
  • Offer consultative support and staff training as needed
