Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates considered
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Strong evaluation, therapy, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that reflect targeted goals for each student
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, both individually and in groups
  • Monitor, record, and report student progress
  • Communicate clearly with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure alignment on student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
